• Watch one or two videos about the topic (from the above Palouse Mindfulness page)
• Guided forgiveness meditation
• Discussions interspersed

• An open mind
• Whatever you like to sit or lie on for meditation (chairs will be available; you might want a sheet to put under your mat as the floor is not clean).
